Project manager for international photovoltaic projects (m/f/d)
Full-time — permanent position

You will find Conecon wherever the world's largest solar power plants are being built. As a plant installer,  we are responsible for constructing photovoltaic plants in the megawatt range. Our many years of international experience, combined with in-depth industry expertise, enable us to plan and construct major projects to our customers´ utmost satisfaction.

Key Roles
  • Leadership role, to successfully manage the technical, operational and financial side of delivery of our photovoltaic projects
  • Ensure that our projects are delivered in a technically sound manner (backed up by evidence) and in line with our customers' specifications
  • Monitor and manage project delivery in terms of adherence to budgeted financial and timing requirements as well as QHSE requirements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, update schedules and check they are adhered to
  • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks and deviations in the context of project delivery and come up with practical solutions
Duties / Key Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable qualification
  • Proven experience of working as a project manager for a number of years, ideally in the field of photovoltaics
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Enjoy working in international teams
  • High level of initiative and practical creative thinking
  • Good command of written and spoken English (at least Level C1), other languages an advantage
  • Good understanding of technical communication and experience with AutoCAD software
